Chief Executive Officer
Marco has over 22 years of experience in consortium finance and Italian banking regulation, having previously held senior roles at two regional cooperative banks. He leads Italia Com-Fidi's strategic direction with a focus on expanding member access to European funding instruments. His academic background is in economics and public finance from the University of Bologna.
Federica Dalmasso
Head of Credit Guarantees
Federica oversees the structuring and issuance of all guarantee products, managing relationships with partner banks and counter-guarantee institutions. She joined the consortium after a decade of credit risk analysis at a mid-sized Italian commercial bank. Her expertise in regulatory capital requirements ensures our guarantees are always structured within compliant frameworks.
Luca Monteverdi
European Funds & Subsidized Finance Manager
Luca specialises in identifying, applying for and managing EU structural and investment fund programmes on behalf of consortium members. He has successfully coordinated over 140 funded project applications across manufacturing, technology and agri-food sectors. His work keeps Italia Com-Fidi's subsidized finance portfolio at the forefront of available opportunities.
Alessandra Ricci Bonati
Senior Financial Consultant
Alessandra leads the consulting division, providing members with bespoke financial strategies, business plan development and debt advisory services. She holds a chartered financial analyst qualification and has advised businesses ranging from early-stage startups to established mid-market companies. Her client relationships typically span many years, reflecting her commitment to long-term partnership.
Giovanni Esposito
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Officer
Giovanni ensures that all of Italia Com-Fidi's operations, products and member-facing processes comply with current Italian and European financial regulations. He monitors regulatory developments and translates them into practical internal policies that protect both the consortium and its members. His background includes eight years at a financial supervisory authority before joining the private sector.
